Refund policy

At bydailydee, all sales are final.

• No returns or exchanges are accepted once a purchase is completed, except in cases where:

  • There is a defect in product quality, or

  • The product does not match the specifications confirmed at the time of order.

• If the customer provides incorrect measurements, the item may be modified for an additional fee, which will be communicated before proceeding.

• If the measurement error is our responsibility, bydailydee will cover all modification costs.

Please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase.

• في حال كان الخطأ في المقاسات من طرفنا، تتحمل bydailydee جميع تكاليف التعديل.
